If payment was authorized with a debit/check card, your statement may reflect the charges. In that case, funds will be released by your financial institution usually between 3 to 5 days, but could take up to 30 days. Credit card purchasers will still see a payment authorization hold on their credit card for up to 30 days. This hold will be automatically removed after that time period. If you have any issues, please contact your bank.

If you used a Gift Card or Digital Gift Card to pay for your order, you will receive a new Digital Gift Card. You will receive an email containing a new code within 2 business days.

About Shipping

Orders typically process and ship 24-48 hours after the order is submitted.

Once your order ship out, we will send you track number by email . You can click the “Track My Package” link to view details about your package.

If the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed in the system. However, you can try to contact us to find out if the last minute change is still possible.

Once your order been sent ,We responsible to providing you valid tracking numbers.

The tracking information will appear on the shipping carrier’s website whin 2 work days.

You will probably be charged to the customs fees on items ordered from Tokorder.com, as your purchases on Tokorder.com are considered imports since the packages are shipped from overseas.

If package is returned to seller/hold in customs/shipped to wrong address. please contact us to get the good solution of it.

According to our past experience, free shipping by standar shipping ,the packages can be delivered 15 to 35 days . We appreciate your patience. Over 60 days , you can ask full refund of it .
